Selection for 27th National Yoga Championship.
Indian Yoga Federation is going to Organize 27th National Yoga Championship in the Month of November/December. The proposed Venue for Competition is Bangalore (Proposed not fixed).
For the Purpose Gujarat State Yoga Association is going is to Organize Selection Trial on 27th July 2008 The Surat Tennis Club, Surat. In the said Selection Procedure the players are required to perform Asanas according to their age group by referring Syllabus Chart of Indian Yoga Federation.
From the said selection procedure 36 Players (Boy/Male, Girl/Female) will be selected to represent Team Gujarat.
Interested Players or Yoga Lover can take part in the said Selection by consulting their District Yoga Association or can contact us at

3rd All India Yoga Beauty & Yoga Talent Contest-2008
ACHIVMENT OF GUJARAT STATE YOGA ASSOCIATION AT 3rd ALL INDIA YOGA BEAUTY & YOGA TALENT CONTEST-2008 held at Jamshedpur on
25-26th May 2008
In Said Championship 29 Players has taken part & 11 players of Gujarat got Medals & Trophies by getting numbers in Top 10 of India.
All of these players are selected to participate in India Camp & India Team Selection for Inter-National yoga championship.

Umang has recently Participated in 5th INTERNATIONAL YOGA CHAMPIONSHP B.C.GHOSH CUP held at Los Angeles USA. & participated as CAPTIAN OF TEAM INDIAN at LAKULISH WORLD OPEN YOGASAN CHAMPIONSHIP held at SURAT Organised by WORLD FEDERATION OF YOGA & CULTURE.
