South Gujarat Yoga Championship 2009.

On 5th & 6th September Yoga Association of Gujarat has Organised South Gujarat Yogasan Championship & Team Gujarat Yoga Selection of National Yogasan Championship 2009 at Hindu Milan Mandir, Bharat Sevashram Sangha, Surat.

The said event begins with lightining up the lamp by Dr. Manish Patel (President, Yoga Association of Gujarat), Mr. Gopal Dawn (General Secretary, Yoga Association of Gujarat) & Mr. Ganesh Sailor (Ex- District Sports Officer & Ex-Secretary- Gujarat Sports Council). Mr. Nileshbhai Mandlaywala (President, Southern Gujarat Chambers of Commerce & Industries) presided as Chief Guest of the Event.

In the said event about 270 Players of 40 Schools , 3 Colleges & 7 Yoga Centres has taken active part. The Age of Youngest Player was 5 Years & Oldest was of 70 years.

Swami Ambrishinand Ji (President, Bharat Sevashram Sangh & Hindu Milan Mandir , Surat) acted as Honourable Guest, Mr. Nilesh Mandlaywala (President, Southern-Gujarat Chamber of Commerce) acted as Honourable Guest, Dr. Manish Patel (President- Yoga Association of Gujarat), Mr. Gopal Dawn (General Secretary-Yoga Association of Gujarat) & Mrs. Divyakumari Dawn ( Technical Director of Yoga Association of Gujarat) has Coordinaly Organised the Event.

To make this event Successful A.A.E.R. Trust of Surat, Sahaj Super Store-Surat, Mr. Omprakash Chechani (Yoga Lover - Surat), Mr. Jayantibhai Patel (Yoga Practicer - Surat) has Supported us and looking forward for the same help to promote & maintain Yoga.

In the Said Event Mr. Umang Dawn has been Awarded by "Yoga Ananda Award " & Gold Medal for his work in the field of Yoga Sports.

In the Same Mr. Gopal Dawn, & Mrs. Divyakumari Dawn acted as Official from the State of Gujarat.

6th Annual International Yogasan Festival & Competetion-2008.

              The International Yoga Healing & Training Centre & International Sports, Cultural & Yoga Federation organized 6th Annual International Yogasan Festival & Competition at Vacos City of  Republic of Mauritius. 

               Master Jatinkumar Patel of Gujarat State represented India Team and Stood First and had glory for Indian Yogasan Sports.

               On this Achievement Dr. Manish Patel (President of GSYA) & Mr. Gopal Dawn (Gen. Secretary of GSYA) congratulated him.

27th National Yogasan Championship-2008

           

                                                                                    

                                 Chandigarh Amateur Yoga Association under the Authority of Indian Yoga Federation has successfully organized 27^th National Yogasan Championship at Chandigarh from 17^th to 19^th October 2008. 

           Vaishali Makwana of Rajkot District clinched Gold Medal and for this Governor of Haryana State Dr. A. R. Kidwai Honored Vaishali and her Coach Mrs. Divya Dawn. 

           For this Achievement, Mr. Manish Patel President of GSYA and Mr. Gopal Dawn             Gen.  Secretary of GSYA Congratulates all the players and Official participated in the said event. 

3rd National Women Yoga Championship-2008.

 

                                   

 Women Yoga Association of Punjab under the Authority of Women Yoga Federation of India has Organized 3^rd National Women Yoga Championship at BBK D.A.V. Women College, Amritsar.

          In the said championship 18 States and 5 Universities has taken active part.
