One of our Player Master Utsav Kamleshbhai Makwana of Bhavnagar District, who successfully represented India at said Competition and Achieved Gold Medal at Inter-National Level and got Cash Prize of Rs.11,000/-

                Umang Dawn represented GSYA and Became Champion. He has been awarded by Prestigious YOGA KING INDIA-2004 Award.

Eastern India Yoga Development Forum has organized OM National Yoga Festival 2006 at Chandannagar, Hoogly in which below mentioned of GSYA has taken part and has became Champions

Selection for 27th National Yoga Championship.

Indian Yoga Federation is going to Organize 27th National Yoga Championship in the Month of November/December. The proposed Venue for Competition is Bangalore (Proposed not fixed).

For the Purpose Gujarat State Yoga Association is going is to Organize Selection Trial on 27th July 2008 The Surat Tennis Club, Surat. In the said Selection Procedure the players are required to perform Asanas according to their age group by referring Syllabus Chart of Indian Yoga Federation.

From the said selection procedure 36 Players (Boy/Male, Girl/Female) will be selected to represent Team Gujarat.
